Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Jamur Tiram Putih di Desa Wadungasih Kecamatan Buduran Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study was to analyze internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) external (opportunities threats) as well the strategy developing oyster mushroom business in Wadungasih village, Buduran district, Sidoarjo regency. research method used is a descriptive with qualitative approach. data analysis uses SWOT by identifying evaluation (IFE) identification factor evaluations (EFE), then determining right through matrix. From results study, it found that development are having permanent consumer market, there main distributors, competitive prices, quality nutritious products, being able produce process their own daily harvests, amount production has not been meet demand, unattractive packaging, product does last long. On factors, vegetarian consumers followed high purchasing power, need for raw materials mushrooms various culinary varieties, demand directed at education, baglog waste can be recycled. climatic weather threats pests diseases on mushrooms, price increases shipping services, local government policies farmers. quadrant I so SO implemented done consumption wide variety opportunities one market using them regular consumers. consistent retaining consumers, improving image good service innovating products.Keywords: Mushrooms, Development Strategy, SWOT.
